1. Concept Development
The detailed concept is tailored to the individual needs of the client, taking into account GMP regulations, fire safety (PPOŻ), environmental protection, and other relevant requirements. Thanks to our extensive experience, we can accurately establish a precise budget estimate at this early stage.
2. Design
The design process is carried out using advanced 3D computer modeling, ensuring precise planning of all equipment placement for future installation. This phase concludes with the preparation of detailed Design Qualification (DQ) documentation. We provide our clients with comprehensive design services, including conceptual, construction, and execution documentation.
3. Delivery of a Complete System
All systems and equipment necessary for the construction and operation of the cleanroom are delivered in compliance with GMP requirements. This includes wall and ceiling systems, epoxy/PVC flooring, as well as electrical, sanitary, HVAC, refrigeration, heating, compressed air, telecommunication, and automation (AKPiA) installations.
4. Installation & Coordination
With the expertise of our team of specialists and project managers, we ensure comprehensive installation services or, if preferred, supervisory oversight of the installation process. Precise coordination of on-site activities, along with continuous supervision by project managers, guarantees safety and high execution efficiency.
5. Commissioning & Qualification
